Sometimes when you are too tired to create new content it’s great to share what others have blessed you with. Today my awesome friend and amazing mentor Jamie Broderick of Network Now shared the following and gave me permission to pass it on to you. (Thanks Jamie!)
This morning, I was helping a client streamline and automate her workflow. One of our goals is less wasted time searching for frequently needed files and images.
Here is my favorite business tool to accomplish this:
Dropbox is a file hosting service where I keep my most used files so they are easy to access no matter where I am or what device I am using.
Here are some Dropbox folders I’ve created to give you ideas on how to use it:
- My headshots
- Client headshots
- Event speaker headshots
- My company logo and other branding graphics
- My bios for speaking events and media requests
- Event speaker bios
- Client bios
- Archived photos
- Audio and video recordings
If you found this helpful, I’d be happy to share more tips soon.
I love Dropbox and absolutely love Jamie for sharing tips on how to use it more effectively! I hope you found this helpful too! Connect with Jamie at http://networknowconnections.com and on social media. She is the best at sharing extremely useful information and she is the “Queen of Systems!”
